formal agreement allowing a supplier’s document to be used or applied

Note 1 to entry: By this approval, the customer becomes liable for the use of the content of the document.

Note 2 to entry: There is transfer of responsibility from the supplier to the customer: in case of non-conformity detected after approval, the customer takes on the impacts on the product of the document modifications deemed necessary.
